Exchange & Return
We have a 7 days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Face Masks and Multifunction Bandana are not a returnable/Exchangeable items.
Return and Refund Process
First, we'd examine the product received and if it's intact we'll generate full refund.
Second, If we'd have mistakenly sent you the wrong product, we'll pay for shipping too. If not, only the shipping for both sides will be on you but you will get full refund of your purchase.
Your refund will be initiated within 24 hours after receiving the item.
If it is a prepaid order, refund amount will be transferred in the source bank account within 24 hours.
and If it is a COD order, it will take up to 7 working days once you share your personal bank details.
To initiate your return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
